Surprised this wasn't really mentioned: horseback riding. I'm not a health care provider, but I've been a rider all my life. I've seen broken bones, internal bleeding, TBIs, etc. Sometimes simutaneously from horse-related accidents. Know of some deaths as well from rotational falls. Hell, I tore my ACL and meniscus in a freak accident while mounting.
