I once joked to my colleague that a guy on the phone sounded like he was getting bummed, a different staff member overheard and reported me and then I had to go sit in a meeting with my boss who asked if I had said it and I had to try not to laugh as I explained that I had. The person who reported me then had mega beef with me and just kept reporting me for everything after that.
