I knew a guy like that. He was 22 and he tried to make a pass at me when I was 16 (he told me he had a crush on me the *first* time we met). He complained to me that he was too ugly to have a girlfriend and that girls would never want him because of that. I told him that plenty of ugly men have girlfriends/wives and then I asked him why he wasn't interested in girls his own age and he couldn't answer. Guy didn't know how to dress, constantly used the words ''normie'' and ''kek'' out loud, couldn't shut up about how much of a feminist he was (lol), said he identified as a tree and was completely serious about it, had a creepy uncle 'stache that made him look at least 10 years older than he was, had no concept of boundaries and wouldn't take no for an answer; when I added him on Skype and didn't immediately reply to his messages he took it as a rejection and flipped his s**t. I later learned that he had been banned from his previous job because he'd s******y harassed a girl there.
