My children and I have learned to meditate through Dhammakaya Meditation Technique over 10 years.
We have received a lot of benefits from meditation such as more concentration in the study, better control of our temper, calming down more quickly. It also helps with stress from work or any unhappy circumstances . Most importantly, it helps purify our mind ,making us feel peaceful, love ourselves and other people more and feel more compassionate to others.
Therefore,we believe that if everyone on earth learns to meditate ,they will find peace in themselves which will be reflected in their thoughts, their speech and in their actions.
Love and good intention for mankind will arise and one day true world peace will exist as
“Outer Peace begins with Inner Peace.”
