It began with an accidental drop of latex rubber and suddenly....*lightning CRACKS* IT'S ALIVEEE!!!! Always fascinated with the idea of making masks, but never doing so, while working in my shop one day I had spilled some latex rubber onto one of my shop rags while working on a project and decided to give it a go. I began testing out different cloths and materials to see what best suited my interest and what looked the best overall in the end. After trial and many errors it was born! I found the perfect cloth a particular leather like cloth. With that and at the beginning of first painting and getting the colors right I began making faces.
Now doing this as a full time job and supplying my flesh masks to haunts, actors , musicians and the like its become a monstrous adventure of making people look spooky as well as maybe adding to someone's wardrobe for that proper social distancing attire.
