Brazilian-born watercolor artist Daniela Werneck creates luminous, emotionally rich paintings that blur the line between realism and memory. Now based in Houston, Texas, Daniela originally studied Interior Design at the Fine Arts School of Rio de Janeiro before eventually discovering watercolor as her true artistic language later in life.
Since dedicating herself fully to painting in 2015, she has become known for her highly detailed figurative works filled with softness, nostalgia, and quiet storytelling. Her paintings often capture intimate moments illuminated by delicate natural light, where every gesture, fabric, and expression feels deeply intentional.
