I create ethereal fine art portraits using combination of photos and artistic expressions in Photoshop. This particular photo almost the entire dress and the whole scarf I created in Photoshop. I do not start with an image in my mind, rather I let my choices guide me one step at a time. This artwork took about 10 hours to completion.
