Our mission is to help women reshape their bodies and minds with the help of our personalized fitness and meal plans. We are expanding and looking for an ambitious and proactive Product Manager.
You will have full ownership of the project and be the one giving significant input on product strategy, based on the business objectives, key results, research, and user feedback. A candidate must have strong leadership skills, a proven track record working with technical teams, and building awesome products.
Responsibilities:
- Define product road maps aligned with product strategy and ensure delivery of the expected results;
- Be responsible for building health and wellness products from scratch, launching, and iterating them depending on the results;
- Deliver market and customer insights based on market and user research;
- Prioritize and adjust the product backlog according to strategic product value;
- Lead the team, communicate the vision and product goals.
Requirements:
- Have relevant work experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager, ideally in digital projects and a marketing environment;
- A deep understanding of product development, design excellence, stability, & consumer appeal in products;
- Be familiar with scrum and agile methodologies;
- Have analytical skills.
