Bored Panda is expanding and opening an exciting new video channel. Our next project will be focusing on creating viral content focused on every day funny relatable situations, pranks, challenges and more. The content will include scenes with actors and a script in English for Voice Over which will be translated into multiple languages.
We are looking for a passionate producer who will help us to grow new channel into a multi-million views brand. This is a full-time, well-paid Position based in our Vilnius office!
- Own the video creation process from pitch to publish;
- Constantly scour the social feeds for the most engaging and trending ideas and turning them into viral videos;
- Content Strategy;
- Collaborate with our analysts, to use data to further optimize, A/B test and overall improve the performance of your videos;
- Building and managing a creative team.
Requirements:
- Professional experience in video production;
- Large portfolio of videos you are proud of;
- Excellent English skills;
- Proven ability to build, manage and lead teams;
- A sharp understanding of social media and video platforms;
- Natural interest in popular content;
- Result orientated mindset;
- Experience in scriptwriting is a plus;
- Experience in video directing is a plus;
- Ambition to conquer the world is a plus.
