Posting Anon So I Don't Get The Boot. This Guy Had A Fruit Fly In His Fermenting Jalapenos And Was Really Still Gonna Eat It. After Many, Many Comments Telling Him It Wasn't Safe To Eat, He Said He Was Still Going To Eat It After He Checked The Ph. Then, He Deleted His Post. 😬 Edited To Add More Context: He Said His Air Lock Had Dried Up And He Didn't Know How Long It Had Been Dry. He Also Said That He Didn't Have The Lid For It, So He Just Used A Plate. Fermenting Foods Is Totally Safe When Done Correctly; I Have Many Fermentations Going Right Now. However, This Is Completely Unsafe. And If That Is Kahm Yeast, It Looks Like Very Unhealthy Kahm Yeast. I Wouldn't Eat This At All. Also, Yes, There Are Frequently Bugs In Our Food.
