Today is the International Programmer’s (aka IT magicians turning coffee and pizza into code) Day. It is usually celebrated on September 13th (the 256th day of the year = 2⁸ of 365 days). And if you want to congratulate your fellow developers and make them smile, there is no better way than sending them a slice of pizza and saying ‘cheese.’

[Fact or Fiction]
In 2018, a programmer in a leading IT company based in the USA claimed he’ll work for 150 pizzas a month. The claim seemed to be ridiculously cheap for the company and so it was granted. This person now owns a popular pizza chain in 5 states.
[Fact or Fiction]
Arthur Frankel, an experienced programmer and pizzaiolo, states that writing codes is like making pizza. Strong foundation, using the right tools correctly, simplicity, and continuous revising to see if there are areas for improvement are the key elements to developing excellent software and delicious pizza.
[Fact or Fiction]

Together with a local pizza company they encoded the recipe of the perfect pizza and sent it to their employees as well as challenged other programmers to crack the secret ingredient.
So, which of these facts was half-baked?
Out of these five, the fourth one definitely lacks some spice and flavor. Yet, the last one is currently happening in Lithuania
