No Time to Stand and Stare is an ongoing constructed image series, which advocates the importance of the relationship between humans and nature.
The initial concept came from my research into the decline in the amount of time we spend outdoors, and the detrimental effect this has not only on our mental and physical health but on the health of the natural environment.
The series draws on personal childhood memory and nostalgia for a simpler, happier time. It portrays my own deep sense of longing to be immersed in nature.
