Brainmage does a little bit of everything. He has his own stand-up comedy show called Guy Kelly’s Letter of Last Resort where he talks about “mental health, toxic masculinity, and how close the world has come to nuclear war.” You can watch the full show right here.
“What about when I’m not making audiences cry/have panic attacks? Well. I’ve worked as a Maze Master at The Crystal Maze, which is, I’ll be honest, possibly the strangest way to make a living, as well as writing and performing critically-acclaimed, 5* sketch comedy with The Beta Males, selling out at the Edinburgh Fringe year after year,” Guy writes on his website.
He’s also previously written for the BBC, GinxTV, Future Publishing, and TimeOut. What’s more, he’s made murder mystery games with A Door In A Wall.
Guy reviews imaginary restaurants on another satirical Twitter account and admits that he can complete “the first level of Sonic 2 blindfolded, with my feet, and in under a minute.” He’s a man of many talents and threads about the ugliest things that we own are just the tip of the iceberg.
Where does Brainmage get all of that energy to do so many things? We have a sneaky suspicion it might have something to do with his ugly watch or the awesome Wizard painting that his wife tried to convince him is ugly.
