Our animation project is growing fast! We are looking for a passionate Operations Manager to complete our team. This is a full-time position based in our Vilnius office!
What You Will Do:
- Review, analyze, and improve our content creation processes and evaluate their efficiency and necessity;
- Strategize project growth possibilities, find new opportunities and manage the team from operational standpoint;
- Analyze the financial strategies, adjust the operations to reach the goals and have a full understanding of how to do it in the best possible way;
- Track the processes and trends to ensure that the output of processes is achieving the desired results;
- Push processes of our new channels and team creations;
- Carry out additional responsibilities and projects as assigned, including administrative and planning functions.
What We Expect:
- Previous experience of process improvements, process creation;
- Previous experience with strategy creation and implementation;
- Previous experience leading an international team (working in different time zones)
- Strong numeracy and data analysis skills and passion for using data to improve project performance;
- A strong desire to develop this project from the beginning;
- Experience in animation or video production field (a combination of both is perfect);
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
