PICTURE STORY: Let’s See How Many Dogs We Can Get Together For National Dog Photography Day With A Group Photograph?!
PRESS RELEASE
Dog owners of Dorset and further afield are invited to celebrate National Dog Photography Day at a Dog Photograph Get Together on Friday 26th July.
It’s be organised by Charlotte Erika Walker of Animal Health & Healing and pet photographer Tara Hay of AT Studio, Dorchester. Tara will be capturing dogs and their guardians to mark this awareness day with a group photograph.
Charlotte from Animal Health & Healing explained: “We wanted to put on an event where dogs and their guardians could get together, make new friends and also receive a social media image for FREE to share with friends and family of the day, using the hashtag #nationaldogphotographyday.
You will also have the chance to have a FREE professional pet portrait photo session with AT Studio in Dorchester, and the chance to WIN £1000 by entering the Pet Portrait Awards 2019 for a donation of £10 to Guide Dogs and Dogs Trust!
Donations to the two charities are welcome.
We also welcome all dogs and guardians in Fancy Dress for the occasion making the event extra fun, if they wish!
National Dog Photography Day was created by dog photographer Kerry Jordan of Fur and Fables last year to recognise the special role dogs have in our lives.
If you would like to get involved, the Event starts at 2.30pm at Animal Health & Healing, 9 Buttermarket, Poundbury, Dorset, DT1 3AZ, UK.
You can find out more on Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/Google-Search & Maps using username: @AnimalHealthUK
ENDS.
TO NOTE: We will be posting on all Social Media Platforms with #nationaldogphotographyday on Friday 26th July 2019!
this is the second year for National Dog Photography Day and last year in its first year it was trending on Twitter in the UK as #11 that day and it was picked up by news agencies all across the world featuring in Ireland and the US to name a few. It was a one-person agency last year and they are hoping to get it even bigger this year!
So I think it would be a good opportunity to get involved with the hashtag #nationaldogphotographyday !!!
