whats a myth your parents used to tell you when you were younger?
mine is my mom used to tell me to hold my breath everytime we drive by a cementary because the dead would get mad your breathing and haunt you lmao such good parenting >3

not my parents but my older brother: when i was in kindergarten he told me that if i swallowed my gum i would have to get my stomach cut open and i asked him what color it would be and he said, "your least favorite color." oh and i also believed he had tiny invisible cameras following me around all day cause that's what he told me when in reality we just went to the same school lol.
