A while ago I received a very special request from a thoughtful client that had been planning to propose to the love of his life. He of course wanted the moment to be very special. His girlfriend happened to have been following my illustrations for quite some time and what better way to propose using a unique custom made painting including both of their favorite animals (a rat and an owl). Of course I agreed and tried to create a whimsical and cute painting, so he was able to pop the question in the manner of his choice. I festively gift wrapped the painting and sent the painting on its exciting adventure! Last week I received note that she said yes!
She ended up saying yes! (And her ring matches the painting beautifully)
