I Capture The Unexpected Friendship Between My Dog And My Birds On Film (27 New Pics)

Hi everyone, here I am again. I'm Natacha, the (now 20-year-old) amateur photographer and blessed "mom" of Vendetta the old type of German shepherd and Lemony the Indian runner duck, with Grisella and Heldig, their pigeon friends, rescued as babies.

I'm back with a lot of photos, which I hope will make you feel the magic of our "fairytale" world.

From our trips to the ocean, the mountains, through the forest (where lies our secret spot with the loveliest little river), even to the city, we've been through a lot of discoveries together—my little flock will never cease to amaze me!

They feel at ease everywhere, especially in places with people, because they always become the center of attention—Lemony and Vendetta particularly love to be admired (it's funny how Lemony always looks so dignified, like a dignified star meeting her fans), while for my pigeons... well, it's not really their cup of tea, they prefer a quieter spot.

As I posted here on Bored Panda for the first time a year ago, I would have never—never—expected how it has turned out: so many articles written in so many countries all around the world, some appearances on TV in my country... that's still crazy for me! But definitely, the craziest thing (and the one that brings me the most joy) I hadn't expected is how my beloved animals can impact people: I remember from a few weeks ago, someone who was suffering from COVID-19 in the hospital, who wrote me after seeing us on a broadcast, telling me how he had forgotten his disease for a time thanks to their "magic."

I'm so thankful for that, and I just hope that I'll be able to spread this magic forever!
