My Campaign As A Photographer To Celebrate Neurodiversity

As a photographer and a mother of two autistic sons, I wanted to reach out to other parents of autistic children to raise awareness and to celebrate them. I launched a campaign on my facebook business page https://www.facebook.com/carolineallingtonphotography/ inviting parents to share a picture of their child with ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) along with brief description of the child who has this unique, amazing mind. Something positive, what they are great at? What are their talents, their interests, dreams and aspirations and to celebrate them and embrace neurodiversity. Two chosen families would win a free photoshoot along with three digital images. I had such a wonderful response, these amazing, wonderful, beautiful children that can only be described as WARRIORS! I have been so inspired and humbled by them. I simply couldn't choose just two families so I have offered free shoots for them ALL. I look forward to capturing these beautiful, amazing children, to celebrate them and embrace them, as a mother who understands how much they struggle every single day.
