Waking up to a vietnamese iced coffee and this view in Sapa is certainly one way to start the day

Rolling hills of Sapa

Arrived in Sapa to be welcomed by these gentle giants who wander down the street as you're enveloped by breathtaking views

Back on the streets of Hanoi

Between the beautiful weather, harmonious architecture and watery landscape, Trấn Quốc Pagoda is a definite must see in Hanoi!

The beauty of bustling Hang Dao night market from 6 stories up

It was great to share a treat with a vietnamese local who suggested this delicious black bean, coconut, banana and jelly iced tea on the streets of Hanoi!

Exploring Hanoi by night is one of the best ways to discover hidden gems and the best places to grab a delicious meal!

It is definitely a good day when you get to explore the limestone mountains, caves and emerald waters of Ha Long Bay in the freedom of a kayak!

From the rolling hills of Sapa to the wide open emerald waters and thousands of towering limestone islands of Halong Bay. This is the perfect way to end a holiday in Vietnam!

Ha Long Bay

Surprise Cave in Ha Long Bay...

Magical sunset on the emerald waters of Ha Long Bay!

Flying back over Australia, over the salt flats of Western Australia.
