Religion, since historical times, has been intensely debated. I say this not to belittle or challenge the existence of God, but because it has created boundaries that we are taught to obey. World without religion would be a harsh and dense jungle to trod. Religion gives us a golden path through the forest so as to not go astray. The problem? There are multiple such golden paths. And most instinctively, as animals, we demarcate our paths from the rest, we build imaginary walls of insecurity – boundaries that are learnt and taught. But far ahead, we know, there is but one destination – The state of righteousness: Purity in thoughts, words and deeds to serve those around us and help make world a better place.
Up above the stratosphere, in a place called heaven, are all our Gods. I would like to believe there is just one such entity with multiple user IDs. The so called creators of all religions live harmoniously and lead a life just like ours, albeit a more peaceful and elevated life in the literal sense.
