Yes. COVID-19 has made the world a scarier place.
We both experienced a 5.7 earthquake a few days before this special day where I got on one knee to share my most sacred thoughts about you.
There is a reason why this proposal had to happen the way it did.
I wanted to be an example to everyone that romanticism and chivalry should not be tucked away in storage until good news comes from CNN or the White House. I wanted to show our children that our joy was still present during tumultuous times. We can see the light beyond the clouds.
I wanted them to see that love overcomes ALL things. I am so blessed to have you experience a special plan that took me a few weeks to arrange. I wanted to see that reaction that most people have when they realize that love is truly within these walls.
