Chlogami, the artist behind these comics, shared more about their background.
“I’m basically just a random person who draws for fun. I have no professional art background. The vast majority of posts on my page were made during my middle school/high school years. I used to post comics daily, but since I go to college away from home, I’ve got less time than I used to. Despite that, I still do comics because it’s a lot of fun and makes people happy.”
We were curious about what initially drew the artist to the world of cartooning and artistry.
They wrote: “I’ve always been a big fan of cartoons and anime. Not just of the comedy and the characters, but also the art style. I can’t remember when I first started drawing. I think I’ve always done it.”
Regarding the creative process, the artist explained how they tend to come up with ideas for these comics.
“I usually draw the panels first and then think of the dialogue. The ideas for the comics always float around in my head, but I also take requests from my followers. For a faster workflow, I recycle previously drawn backgrounds and character illustrations to use them in other comics. For that, I use the material catalog in Clip Studio Paint because it lets you save the individual layers in folders.”

Chlogami also shared what they hope their audience will take away from these comics: “I hope that my comics inspire people to be creative and make their own fan stories of shows that they enjoy. I love reading other people’s work, especially when fictional characters become more likable through it.”
And lastly, the artist added: “Always feel free to send me your ideas for comics!”
