While she's waiting for theatres to open again Emily Cawood has taken to using movie tributes to help her, and us, through quarantine. What started as a way to keep boredom at bay has turned into an all out blockbuster showcase nearly every day of her self-isolation.
Her first photoshoot focused on Ari Aster's visually stunning horror 'Midsommar'. From there she went on to showcase a variety of films featuring Frozen 2, Cats, The Shining, Monty Python, and Lord of the Rings. Emily also delves into TV with photoshoots depicting Janet from 'The Good Place', The Addams Family, Bob's Burgers, and Stranger Things.
Each photo shoot is accompanied by a survival based caption. After Austin,TX experienced a major storm and tornados Emily decided it was time to showcase the movie TWISTER with the caption "I can survive 8 tornadoes in less than 48 hours, I can survive this".
Emily has turned her craft room into a full photo and costume studio to create her posts which feature elaborate props and often her vacuum as a co-star! She began a patreon where you can see all of her behind the scenes photos as well as how-to's for making your own photos!
