Photographer Lizzie Patterson is currently working on 'Celebrating Redheads', a project finding beauty in the stories of all types of redheads around the globe. She recently photographed Lottie and thinks she is one redhead who certainly needs celebrating!
From the words of 12 year old Lottie (whose passion is acting):
"Determination: My Grandpa is really poorly with pancreatic cancer and had to isolate during lockdown. I didn't want him to be alone though so I arranged a long distance walk with him and his friends and family.
My family walked two miles locally, but grandpa completed the walk in stages throughout the day in his back garden and we stayed in touch throughout. This proved quite an effort for him but he did it and
together we raised over £5500 for The Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund Charity.. Doing this with my Grandpa during lockdown was a brilliant achievement. Grandpa is an amazing person, so brave and positive and we’re all very proud of him”.
