If the line is a dot that went for a walk then this is the still figure that became animated in Stanley town. 2d animation in a 3d world, and getting the people into the animation. This is not quite an animation; it is precariously balanced between being active and dormant, alive and inanimate. This is really the uncanny valley crossed.
