Now we have an exciting new opening for a role - Team Lead in the Licensing Department. You will be driving the day-to-day operations, manage a team of artists account managers and ensure long-lasting partnerships with creators.
You Will:
- Oversee daily operations of the licensing team;
- Develop and maintain relationship management with video content creators, including but not limited to contract management and disputes resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement of team processes, tools and metrics for efficiency gains;
- Be a liaison between different stakeholders to ensure licensed video content distribution
- Stay up to date with the latest licensing of intellectual property (videos) principles and trends, market competition.
- Prepare regular reports on various operations matters and evaluate processes as per business requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 1+ years experience in people management, preferably from service, sales, operations areas and/or in digital content licensing in media or publishing;
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills;
- Developed time planning and organizational skills;
- Sound knowledge of copyright regulations would be a plus;
- Goal-oriented approach and ambition to learn new things;
- Advanced English skills are a must.
