These photographs I took while I was on a study trip, in Africa. I want to tell you a story about how different and similar they are, about what happens when a child don't get a chance to go to school, about who are rich and who are poor. I think this is another point of view on African children, street children..

Development of the country is on women shoulders

In African society woman plays the main role. She educates, she cares, she works..

Friendship it's something you don't learn in school

They trust.

Sometimes kids are just adjusting to the environment

Ordinary day

Working age is a bit under 16

No time to go to school...

Not everybodycan afford the school, they have to work

No time to study.

Limited access to clean water makes children die every day

River only shower they can get.

Empty bottle is just a toy

Youngsters in Africa can buy alcohol easily, but empty bottle for them is just a toy.

Not everyone is brave enough to be an artist

Not all parents believe in future.

You don't need to push kids to study just give them opportunity

they use all chances

Chilhood?

Childhood is a promise which is never kept. ...When younger appears

Now she is responsible for a younger brother.

Hundreds of kids live on the street and work as a beggars

Another kind of home.

Children are children whatever they do.

Joy and energy.

Market is a playground, school and a working place.
