Lair- A Para-Dimensional Demon Horror Comicbook Live On Kickstarter!

Hello everybody! I'm an obscure comic book writer and the creator of LAIR, which is currently live on Kickstarter.

So where is the place where demons watch us…?

We’ve all heard of demonic possession. We’ve all seen it in pop culture. Movies like The Exorcist, The Conjuring, and Insidious. Well in LAIR, you’ll finally witness the dimensional space where these supernatural abominations lurk before possessing one of us…

This book is my foray into my troubling fascination with demons… Although dark, savage, and visceral, the story does convey a powerful message of hope and faith. I’ve spent three years working on LAIR while trying to find the right creative team to handle such an animal. Tasked to the project is artist Sebastian Navas, colorist Davi Comodo, and letterer Deyvison Manes, and they’re all eager to pounce on the 60-page one-shot graphic novel.

The CAVEAT: We need to “crowdfund” this project in order to breathe life into this story and make it into something awesomely tangible. LAIR, is my pitch to YOU. The comicbook reader, fan, and devout supporter. Outside of Kickstarter, this project doesn’t have a chance. We've already been turned down by two notable comic publishers, who unanimously said that the project doesn't look right for them. Well, to showcase the potential and strength of this story, I financed out of pocket the finished cover and first page. If you guys want to see more, we need you to help us reach our $9,999 goal.

At the moment, our campaign is almost 30% funded in our first two weeks. There’s still 20 days to go. So I’m hoping you guys can give us the edge. There’s a bevy of unique rewards for pledging. Demonized likenesses, anyone? Your glamorized comic book fatality scene?

Although I’m an unknown and marginalized writer, luckily, this isn’t my first Kickstarter rodeo. I’ve successfully crowdfunded two Kickstarter campaigns for my Psycho-spiritual apocalypse comic, Under The Flesh, so I’m proven to fulfill obligations to backers.
