Now we have an exciting new opening for a new role - knowledge sharing specialist. You will be shaping and coordinating the efficient implementation of knowledge sharing between different projects within an organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate implementation of knowledge sharing programs on each team level across the company;
- Track the processes and ensure that each team complies with the established knowledge sharing program standards;
- Assist and support teams in process documentation;
- Develop a culture of collaboration and sharing;
- Continually look for improvements and tweaks in our knowledge sharing processes;
- Carry out additional responsibilities and projects as assigned, including administrative and planning functions.
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
- Experience (know-how) in knowledge management and sharing, field designing efficient and robust information processes and structures;
- Experience with knowledge sharing tools and platforms;
- Ability to review, analyse and organise documentary;
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and know-how sharing platforms (e.g. Confluence);
- Advanced project management and coordination skills;
- Flexible and “can do” attitude;
- Ability to build strong stakeholders relationships and take initiative to act.
Salary: 1400-2400 Eur./Month (Gross).
