Kane Brown is an American singer and songwriter who fuses country with modern R&B. He built a massive social media following through viral video covers before earning a major label deal and reshaping contemporary country radio.

Brown rose to prominence after his independent single “Used to Love You Sober” achieved viral success. His self-titled debut album subsequently topped music charts while breaking historical Billboard country radio records.

Raised in northwest Georgia, Kane Brown grew up in a hardworking household. His mother, Tabatha Brown, raised him as a single parent while they moved frequently between small towns across Tennessee and Georgia.

Music provided stability during his high school years in Georgia. While attending Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe High School, he performed in the choir and won a school talent show with a country cover.

Over the past decade, Kane Brown has built a steady romance with singer Katelyn Jae. The couple met through mutual music acquaintances and married during a romantic ceremony in Tennessee.

Brown shares three children with Jae, with whom he frequently collaborates on musical projects. The family resides in Tennessee, where they balance tour schedules alongside their quiet domestic life.

Kane Brown redefined contemporary country by blending traditional storytelling with modern pop beats. His multi-platinum sophomore album Experiment topped the Billboard 200, while hit singles like “What Ifs” and “Heaven” generated billions of global streams.

Beyond his solo discography, he frequently expands his creative boundaries through collaborations. He launched his own record label imprint, 1021 Entertainment, and headlined major stadium tours while securing five American Music Awards.

“I just want to be known as a good guy who worked hard, loved his family, and made music that helped people get through their day.”
