I've met so many wonderful, kind, supportive people on this site. I spend way too much time in the comics tab, and I love making random Ask Pandas to get to know everyone. Yes, there are trolls, but it doesn't take very long to get their latest account banned, and I think that says something about the community as a whole. Yes, there are people struggling, but isn't it better that they're comfortable opening up, rather than keeping it to themselves?

All the unnecessary hate and drama. It seems I always get dragged into other peoples drama, and my rep always takes a hit. I’m sorry to anyone I have hurt. Genuinely. I am not trying to hurt anyone, and I’m sorry. This place is difficult with all the trolls, and they have really torn us apart. I am so confused with this place…

I want to punch this site sometimes. I have my AdBlock turned off for BP AND I have it whitelisted, but BP STILL hits me with the "We noticed that you're using an adblocker!!!1 SAD! UR STEALING PANDA'S BAMBOO!!!" message. I have to click "Yes, I'll whitelist" and refresh the article like 5-10 times (getting the same popup EVERY. TIME.) before it finally gives me the option "Continue with ad-light experience". BP IS WHITELISTED. I shouldn't get the popup at all! ARGH! I just want to read content nicked from Reddit and talk to my friends!! :(

Th best thing that you can do is ignore the trolls and report and downvote them. They're like the bullies from high school, so treat them like that.

If the person isn't a troll but is misinformed, pick your battles wisely. If they are insisting on a fact that puts your identity into question, ask yourself if this person would be open to a discussion. Many aren't and all is will turn into is a nasty argument. It isn't worth it with those types of people and there is no winning those arguments.

Another point would be to remember the community guidelines. Don't provoke people into an argument and don't post anything that you wouldn't want your parents to see. This is a community for a wide range of people, and whilst other sites might segment different demographics (and therefore you can be more open), here everyone is bundled together and you need to be aware that some things aren't appropriate to talk about in front of certain groups of people. No one wants to hear a rant about whataboutism or topics that are sensitive to some groups of people.

I really don’t like the trolls, so I join you! I’ve made a decision to stop downvoting. I never liked it. I will report trolls and fight them, but no more downvoting for me. I hope that’s ok

This won’t work. BP being bad and stupid is a canon event. There is nothing you can do. People are getting tired. Annoyed. The trolls are becoming more and more right. The constant emotional talk, and the stuff about the sex and gender is fuel for the trolls. They feed on it. You keep posting about it, and that brings back the trolls. It’s a never-ending battle. People will leave. It’s inevitable. ITS A CANON EVENT. YOU CANT FIGHT A CANON EVENT. Or there will be consequences..consequences you are not prepared to pay..

Nah this site isn’t getting better. Getting worse. People trying to kill themselves, so much depression, mental health problems, more talk about sex and gender, trolls feeling like the only reasonable people here, and all the other bull. Only reason I’m still here is cuz Blue Mouse is still here.
