From time to time, some internet trends come along and if you spend enough time in front of your computer, you’ll have no problem catching up. But some trends are probably meant to last forever, like the Jackson Hole town square live stream. What’s so special about it? Well, it all began back in 2014 when one local man decided to put up a dozen live streams of his hometown's scenic places in order to promote tourism and local businesses.
Nobody knows exactly why or how, but the live stream of Jackson Hole’s main intersection went viral back in September of 2016. The stream was receiving more and more views each day. The comment section under the video was flooded with remarks about red trucks, dogs and random pedestrians.
