In Two Years I Went From Moody Self- Portraits To Sun Swept Beaches With Models

Hi, I’m Morey Spellman, located in sunny Los Angeles, California. Over the course of two years, my images went from dark and sometimes surreal self-portraits to Malibu beaches and swimwear models.

Entirely self-taught, self portraiture provides an artistic outlet while commercial swimwear allows me to continue to do what I enjoy for a living.

Although vastly different subjects, my photographs have never lost their sense of beautiful light, authentic beauty, and natural scenery.
