I am a Wedding photographer in Portugal and after several hours of mind-blowing existential doubts and several hair stripped from my head by looking at a monitor and decide which photos were eligible to enter this selection and which ones would be left out (and thus making me feel MEGA guilty), I finally can present my best of the year.
It was not easy to make this selection. At all.
Going through all the photos edited during 2016 and choosing the best ones proved to be a much more complicated task than the selection I did for 2015.
Like last year, this "best of" is composed not of technically perfect photos, with perfect framing, perfect lighting and perfect poses, in the perfect spot. These are the photographs that, in one way or another, have marked me during this year. The photos that make me remember more intensely certain particular moment. The ones that make me smile and / or thrill. It is inevitable that some more “technical” are present, but obviously they would also have to be part of a compilation of this genre.
These are the ones I love the most. Period
