About 2 years ago I came across a hilarious book for parents written by Adam Mansbach and illustrated by Ricardo Cortés. The book is titled “Go the F* to Sleep” and it’s an adults-only bedtime story for parents who are too familiar with the struggle of putting their kids to bed.
I laughed from the first to the last page because I could totally relate to these desperate parents – I don’t have kids but I have a cat who kept me awake for months when I adopted him back in 2009.
I thought that someone should write a version of this book just for cat lovers and so here it is!
