Whether it’s poor health, wanting to look amazing or not wanting to embarrass their kids, here are 10 celebrities with extreme weight loss, and their techniques with their before and after glow-ups.
1. Adele lost 100+ pounds by giving up processed food, sugar, soda and she got into an exercise routine, incorporating cardio, strength training and Pilates, to change her body. She also has a personal trainer.
2. Chrissy Metz lost 100 pounds in less than five months following a health scare. She credits her weight loss to a 2,000 calorie daily limit and walking 20 minutes each day.
3. Drew Carey lost 100+ pounds. He first starting losing weight when he cut back on alcohol due to his diabetes. When he saw the weight loss, he committed to giving up alcohol, reducing carbs and incorporating 45 minutes of cardio regularly.
4. Graham Elliot lost over 160 pounds in 8 months, after undergoing a sleeve gastrectomy surgery. After the surgery, Graham began a diet and exercise program that required daily workouts, dietary supplements to fight cravings, and a strict diet plan that replaced junk food and snacks with fruits and nuts.
