So, these are hours of the guy's work packed into 3 minutes. I can't sit straight for a few minutes, right? Now look at him go!
He also explains what he's doing: "This video shows the process of creation of a decorated piece from vegetable-tanned leather. I made eight similar pieces, each having its own unique design. Now for the process. First, I transfer the drawing from a template right on wet leather. Then I use a swivel knife to carve the drawing into leather, getting ready to start the tooling process...." and so on.
None of this makes sense to me, but the process itself looks amazing.

Kraken leather armor in 3 minutes
"This video shows the process of creation of a decorated piece from vegetable-tanned leather. I made eight similar pieces, each having its own unique design. Now for the process. First, I transfer the drawing from a template right on wet leather. Then I use a swivel knife to carve the drawing into leather, getting ready to start the tooling process. After I finish the tooling, I use special oil for the leather to prepare it for painting. As soon as the leather absorbs the oil and the piece "rests" a bit, I paint it. What you see on the video is just the part I do with airbrush. What you don't see there, is the toning process, done with a special cream. The purpose of toning is to add volume and depth to the picture. Also, on the video I left behind the varnish finishing process. After painting, I combined the piece with the others like it, and saw it to the armor base."
