These are my imagined disgruntled apes. They are the descendants of the apes Nasa sent to space in the early rocket testing days. They were never told that their great grandfather / mother was probably killed during those tests. Stories are often cleaned up as they are passed down from one generation to the next. These millennial apes only know that they too want to be astronauts. It all looks so exciting with SpaceX and the possibility of being the first apes on Mars.
