I Spent Two Years Studying And Painting Human Emotions For A Solution To Rothko's Statement

I made it first for myself because I needed to know me better. After one year I decided to made a project about emotions to help others to find themselves.
I know that Mark Rothko (American artist) spent his time to convince art critics that his color fields aren't abstract, all said that he is an abstractionist artist.
Rothko said in one interview: “I’m not an abstractionist ... I’m not interested in the relationship of color or form to anything else. I’m interested in expressing basic human emotions... And the fact that a lot of people break down and cry when confronted with my pictures shows... they are having the same religious experience I had when I painted them.” (Suzi Gablik- "Has Modernism Failed?")
So I painted "my kind of emotions" in Rothko's style but with characters on it to classify it on figurative painting. ;)
On the other hand I painted fourteen canvas each one with one emotion and another canvas with the conclusion at all this human emotions stuff which reveal the spiritual human evolution.
I hope you will find yourself in my work. :)

Transfiguration or Balance of Emotions

This painting is an interpretation after 'Transfiguration' by Andrei Rublev (medieval Russian byzantine painter). I choose to keep Rublev's characters but painting them like a vibrational color field. Each character of my painting is covered by an emotion or more and reveal human evolution stages. The white one is in the last evolution stage. The stage in which few people reach because the white is the result of all colors (in optical mixture) and this imply to know and control all the human emotions.
I wish to all of you to reach the last stage of human evolution and get the emotional stability.
