I have always loved Italy, the food, the culture, its history and architecture. Having traveled a lot around southern Italy I decided to spend some time exploring the north. I flew to Bologna and after spending some time there I spent the rest of the time visiting Venice, Florence and Siena. Despite being so close together via train each place has its own unique cultural signature and history. For these photos I used a Nikon D750 camera with a variety of lenses mainly a 50mm 1.8 a 16-28mm 2.8 and a 105mm macro 2.8.
