I started creating vulva's out of fabric. I was watching a Sex Education on Netflix and was really struck when they started talking about vulva shame. I didn't realize it was so common to feel "not normal" because you have a vulva that doesn't look like those portrayed in main stream media. I started taking a bunch of fabric scraps in all sorts of colours and patterns and folding them into beautiful little vulva's. I love how they turned out and will continue to create my Bloom project allowing myself to celebrate all the wobbly bits.
