Gingerbread always serve as the central part of my cakes, but chocolate, marzipan, jam, and icing also play a starring role; from a chocolate mousse Balrog to gingerbread Darth Vader. I love playing around with textures, shapes and natural colors, and I'm always trying to think up new ways to bring the things I love to edible life.
