I Photographed And Interviewed The Homeless To Understand What It's Really Like.

When I was 18, I photographed four amazing individuals who lived on the streets of Sydney CBD. I wanted to capture the essence of compassion and empathy for the homeless, but at the same time, I wanted to break down the stereotypes and prejudices that have placed upon them. Over the years, there have been many incidences where people would ignore them, get scared or afraid of approaching them - that's generally speaking of course. We all have busy lives but if we stop for a second and understand the true stories and intentions of becoming homeless, people will be more open-minded to the inspiring world that surrounds us.
