As a regular traveler to Southeast Asia and a certified cat-person, I have tried to capture the dignity, and often plight, of the cats that are abundant in this part of the world. Although not always easy - feral cats spook easily - and sometimes upsetting I wanted to photograph the personality and spirit I see in these animals.
