I Painted A Deer Every Day For 30 Days

I have been fascinated by deer for years now. There is something so elegant and graceful about them, but they also have a very playful side. The only problem was, I loved them so much that I felt I wouldn't do them justice with my art. So during September 2016 I set myself a challenge-to paint, draw or collage an image of a deer, every day of the month. I called it #ADeerADay. The result was 30 artworks of deer, some complete and some still needing work. They range from realistic depictions of deer, to fantasy deer with different colours and markings, and even a deer in the moon.
