I Paint And Draw Images Influenced By Tattoo Art, Punk Rock And Unpopular Culture.

Hi there, I'm an Artist living and working in Hobart, Australia. When I'm not making a living as a lawyer I'm working hard drawing, painting and making movies documenting the Tasmanian punk rock and metal scene.

My drawings and paintings pull ideas from new school school tattoo design, Hollywood B movies, Japanese woodcuts, English comic book art and punk rock flyers from the American hardcore scene from the 1980s.

The cartoons can take me around 6 hours to complete. My paintings take upwards of 30 hours depending on their complexity and size.

The movies require about 3 pints of Cascade pale ale and my Samsung HD video camera.

I exhibit at the Nolan Gallery in Salamanca, Hobart.
