I'm Mel, a 40-something mum and I like to make pictures out of my book collection in my spare time.
I first started experimenting while taking photos for my Instagram account and after my book tree was featured for the Weekend Hashtag Challenge (#WHP) I began to make more.
The designs are made in my hallway and usually include my husband and little girl. We have a LOT of books - over 2000 - so there are plenty of rectangles to play with. I never tire of the possibilities, colours & shapes - the covers can be as enthralling as the content.
