It's a simple idea - you can draw bubbles and play with them. If more than one person is there at the same time, they get paired up and can play together. There are no goals or rules, it's an opportunity for physically-distanced social interaction.
The bubbles start out going in the direction of your mouse movement, so you can kind of "throw" them around the screen. Then they have "flocking behaviours", meaning they behave like a flock of birds in their movements. Your bubbles will join with your partner's to move around the screen before they pop.
