I've created this Internet of Things device, it's a wifi light connected to your website. It blinks when something happens in your website.
You can use it as a monitor and make it blink, for example, when new users sign up in your site. Or when someone shares your contents on social networks.
Or you can use it as an alert, and make it blink when you have a pending comment to approve, or a new orders in your e-commerce.
It's ready to work with WordPress but there are APIs for developers to make it work with every server and every language.
I'm trying to make it a real product, with a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter. So I hope you will like the project and become a backer! :)

It has a micro USB plug and can be powered with every phone charger.
It doesn't need to be connected to a computer to work, has a buil-in wifi.
When you plug-in the power it lighs up, ready do be configured.
It has a nice Italian design ;)
You can use your smartphone to configure the wifi connection and your website url.
On WordPress CMS it's ready to be used with its plugin.
